What kind of advertisements do you have planned? Signature campaigns and bounties? Thats the easiest and cheapest way to promote your exchange in the forum. Go the the services subforum and read threads of the different campaign managers, or open a "looking for a manager" thread yourself and make them come to you.

Yes we have an advertising plan, and in one of your steps we think about having some promoters, these people will be selected based on their knowledge and participation in the community.
The forms of rewards can be payments or profit of the orders on the references by the end of the year. We do not want to put together pyramid schemes, where any user could invite other users or something similar, this is not our focus and we do not support this way of working.
We want to have people who make the disclosure and every order that a referenced user makes a transaction, instead of our winning company will be passed on integrally to the referrer user for a certain amount of time. That is, we will bear all costs to keep our structure and team functioning while the profits will be divided among those people who will assist in our disclosure.
Of course we have other means in our plan like advertising on related websites, youtube, facebook and google. But we think that no other exchange shares its profits with its users, we have some strategies to achieve this in the near future more effectively.
