Nothing...but trust builds trust =) Or a much bigger scam. Either way, it's a risk...
So.. Somebody sends YOU their BTC. Then trust you to sell it and then pay them back 90% of what you get? What stops you from taking off with the btc?

Hey, I'm starting my service where I go and meet up with people that pay cash for bitcoins.
I have sold over 2k worth to this one guy, and I think he'll buy more.
Pretty much what I am doing is.
1. You give me BTC
2. I sell for real cash meeting up
3. I mail what you got - 10% to your address using priority mail
Sorry if its hard to explain, but I take a 10% fee for these transactions.
I can show my localbitcoins account, and I get like 10 requests a week to sell.
This is really helpful if you want to get CASH faster and more secure than a bank transfer
