the OP is possibly spamming his site to any forum to earn traffic but no intention of paying the visitor.
i dont really like need to wait 1 minute before claiming the faucet.. wasted some times, make it like 30 secs better 
however i got this message when i try to claim "Insufficient funds."

If you remove that 10 satoshi option from possible reward than you may get some rotator indexing your site. Only giving 50% ref commision is not enough to attract users or rotator owners.
