That was an example of what will be discussed in the forum..not a feature of the forum itself. I still use SMF a lot for different domains. If you do not like it, what forum software do you suggest. I am not trying to be a smartass, just always up for change and the forum is new enough I can install something different.

Sorry for the misconception. Like enhu. I would suggest XenForo as it have a modern user interface that many people likes. If you cannot afford the license, check out MyBB. It have an awesome community and ... better style than SMF. However, SMF is good if you want a better securities.

I haven't touched MyBB in some time and I will take a look.

You should have use more sophisticated forum script like xenforo, they're better when it comes to making users participate in the forum. Mybb can also be great as its easy to customize. Well, the thing is that I really see no reason to compete. We have established forms of income and are not trying to make a buck off the forum, but rather be there if needed. This is going to be a forum that will be rather specific, so if users need to discuss these things they can. I have used MyBB and never really saw whether it or SMF was better, just ended up picking one back in 2005 or so and stuck with it. I will take a look at xenforo though and maybe make a change.
