It's better to buy altcoins on exchanges rather than a wallet. After purchasing, send them to the relative local wallet to store it. Make sure you are the only one who own the private key.

Well, first you need to look. Or at least check your action on the stock exchanges. I think you can find a suitable option.

Hello there. I don't think, any wallets like this are available, you're looking at getting registered at exchanges, I would recommend cryptopia and Binance, they have a lot of good altcoins, and often are the first to list new ones.
