Yes. Each time you participate in a bounty event, you will need to provide an address so that the project party can assign a reward to your wallet. You only need to protect your private key safely!

You can give to many people. Incoming transactions are not limited to a number.

Thank you for the answers.

I'm using bread, but I want to put it on my site as payment option and It needs to be the same address as I can't change it live. That's why I asked.

AFAIK, breadwallet generates new address once the address is already use, so make sure that you uncheck the box of generate new address. You can also use coinomi, if in case you need another wallet that the same as breadwallet.

Yeah, sure. You can send to the same address many times. But if the exchange Deposit address. We need to double-check. The address from the exchange Deposit may change.

You're better off using a different service if you were to accept payments. I would only suggest using the same address when receiving donations from a site. How would your buyer prove that he/she's the one who sent the payment if you're using one address? Through a signed message? Huge hassle. Huge no.

That's fine so you can track the payment of your customers correctly, right?

Also make sure that you pin it out to your customers that's the only address you're using because there might be scammers that will imitate your website and will deceive your customers to send payment in bitcoin to another address they own.

If the only purpose of that address you are referring is to act as payment option address on your website then it's fine to do so.

Just used different addresses for other purposes e.g direct personal transactions or other services you will offer with payment. Not just for privacy reason but for you to have a properly sorted out address for different uses.

In that way, there are no mixed transactions for different purposes on a single address and you can easily track past transactions if necessary.

Short answer is yes, addresses can be reused BUT it is recommended to generate new address for different transactions for privacy reasons (many wallets do this automatically). Which wallet are you using?

You definitely can do that but It's not recommended for privacy reasons. Most wallets that I know now should generate a new address once you receive funds anyway.

If you're using an address from an exchange however, I wouldn't recommend doing that or even storing your bitcoins there.
