drdrizzy next time you send I think 25k satoshi as a fee is enough if you want fast confirmation.

that will still depends on some factors like the size of transaction and how many unconfirmed transaction are currently in the memory pool. 25k satoshi per 1KB of transaction size is fair enough but not for more than 1KB of size
No. Do not use a fixed fee for your transactions. Most wallets nowadays support dynamic fees. This means that the fee rate is based upon the current state of the network. You should always use dynamic fees as it almost always guarantees a high enough fee to get your transaction confirmed quickly. \

Blockchain transactions are instant if you send enough fees for your transactions as i saw your blockchain you send amount of fees thats why it is very slow.
Sending transaction is instant but confirmation is not my friend. Even if you send high fee it will take a minute or atleast seconds to get confirmed.

As I saw you paid a very small fee. Now a good fee is about  90 satoshis/byte according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/. If your transaction is not rejected then look at this link, is a tutorial,   https://blog.blockchain.com/2014/07/08/tutorial-how-to-rebroadcast-a-bitcoin-transaction/ where you can rebroadcast it. Hope that helps.

can anyone help push my transaction through it usually goes in 3 minutes

Your fee is low. That's why it's taking a long time. You might want to pay a higher fee next time.
That transaction is already well-propagated so rebroadcasting (if that's what you mean by "push") won't help much. Your can however try spending the unconfirmed bitcoins from that transaction using a higher fee, or contact some miners and ask them to include your tx in their block. macbook-air and Quickseller can help you with that (maybe for a small fee).
