Localbitcoins is probably the way to go. They have a good online trading community.

This is honestly your best and safest bet, that said the people that sell for paypal will usually charge a premium over other methods to cover fees and risks associated with using the paypal service.

VirWoX was working fine for me today, although I go through Skrill instead of PayPal. Be weary when using PayPal because it is very easy for you to get scammed. Most legitimate sellers do not trust PayPal as chargebacks are very common. The company itself also is not a fan of bitcoins, so if you are screwed you're going to have a tough time getting them to help you. My advice would be to use the Skrill/Moneybookers option if you want to keep using VirWoX.

Or, you can go on the bitcoin wiki and look at a list of reputable sites that accept various options. Just ctrl f for paypal.

I've once buyed BTC with PayPal, on bcchanger.com. It was my first time, however I've received the BTC first and then I paid.

Is such a thing even possible?
There are plenty of websites where people are selling BTC for PP, but I'd bet most of them are either complete ripoffs or scams.  1) they are asking for 125-200% of current BTC values, 2) they advertise on the PTC sites where people are trying to 'earn' miniscule amounts of BTC for visiting websites, 3) the sites are very basic and probably thrown together in less than 10 minutes.

I'd sooner buy off of EBay than these sites, and I'd only buy there after making sure the transaction isn't somehow frowned upon by EBay.  Having never bought BTC I have no recommendations where to go, but I'd look at the exchanges like BTCe or MtGox and see what payment processors they use if I were looking at buying.
