Nice work Steve.

Thanks!

And yes, the Zimbabwe notes are being used by artists quite frequently with Satoshi Gallery being a keen user in her works.

I also have a "Trillion Dollar" project in the making Tongue - I think the notes touch the right nerves with all those into Bitcoin Smiley

I'm looking forward to seeing these!

and a picture before laminating:

"I Promise"

This limited edition series of 100 pieces acutely illustrates the value of a monetary system destroyed by politicians and central bankers versus that of a system based upon cryptographic proof.

Each art wallet in this series has a unique embedded Bitcoin Private Key and a unique 10 Billion Dollar bank note issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.

Each piece is assembled and signed by Steven Michaels, artist and director of the Bitcoin Mint.

Size: 8.5″ x 11″ on acid free paper with archival ink. Laminated and suitable for framing or display in a presentation book.

Note: These art wallets do not contain bitcoins and come unfunded.

Price: $100 + shipping ($5 to USA or $15 to other countries). Pay only one shipping fee for up to 5 units when checking out but you will have to do the calculation yourself and then send only the modified amount at checkout (the shopping cart we use does not do it automatically but will still receive any amount you send).

Repurchase Policy: The Bitcoin Mint (BitcoinMint.com) will buy back this original artwork at any time for $100 U.S. Dollars (or $100 worth of bitcoin at the time of tender). The piece must be in good condition with the holographic seal undisturbed.
