It is quite expensive still for us in Asia but I have been discussing with some colleagues to convince our office to apply for a business grant using renewable energy + tech and we wonder if we could get the ball rolling by seeing some specs. Unfortunately the website of lightningasic does not seem to be about mining.

I can't imagine how much it could be the shipping fee and why not choose instead of our local stores that have these solar panels for the home solar power.This 15KW solar system is approximately had 50-60 solar panels and their measurement is around 1.6m x 1m in size, you will need a large roof space for this that is possible between 70 to 90 square meters. It's ideal for a huge household.
The comment above was right, it could be a user who purchases should have knowledge upon installing a solar power system because there's a perfect setting where the angle of your solar panel array.
I thought China was banning selling Bitcoin mining equipment like these, how could you transport legally?

Based on OP name, I'd say that the chance is pretty high that it's in China. Also he mentioned "fob China", but I'm not sure what it means.
I even heard example of people selling their independent mini hydro plants because of government banned mining, so buying solar panels won't help much.
I believe that he wants to sell the solution abroad. China is the main manufacturer for... almost everything, including the solar panels.
Of course, there may be warranty issues, especially as the buyer has to install the setup by himself, but I guess that this is something OP and the buyers have to sort out themselves.

Government obviously don't want any alternative currency like Bitcoin and they are pushing for their own centralized digital yuan,
and they can still confiscate asic miners even if they are not using electricity coming from main power plants.
I even heard example of people selling their independent mini hydro plants because of government banned mining, so buying solar panels won't help much.
