Hi everyone! In the past few quarters, we have seen millions of newbie accounts created. Furthermore, the spam situation as well as the violation of the basic rules is increasing! I myself find that the policy needs a merit to become Jr.member is reasonable, it will make people more focused on the quality of the article.
But that is insufficient, I think if someone wants to be a new member of the forum then need to read the rules first, then there will be a short test to test the understanding of the rules. If they can overcome the challenge, of course, they will become members of the bitcointalk family, otherwise they will have to learn the rules again.
How about your opinion?
I think the better way to do it is this, once a new member signs up newly, before they will access the main forum for the first, they will be force to read the forum rules and agree to it, but of-course doing that will still not make any difference because most people who don't care to read will skill skip it, and there is no need to test members with any challenge the forum is meant to educate members on crypto currency and blockchain technology, what i might suggest is to give new members a limited amount of post to make in a week.
) Sure, they might fail the test once, but then they'll just do it again and continue shitposting.
