I find it strange that, having notified mtgox some days ago the use of your service in this scam, appears to continue operating ...
Knowing mtgox practices, maybe are waiting to he have funds to block and request identification ...

Bleh, I ordered all 100, and it's still 100 in stock.

And there will always be a 100 in stock regardless of how many bulks of 100 you purchase because...

Looks like we have a much bigger issue here. I just did a Google search for the image above and one of the similar pics is below. Recognize the cat?

On the other hand,

site shows several units as alredy sold, but BTC address provided shows no transfers.

True, although I don't think that anyone has purchased, there is also mtgox payments.

Furthermore, it is ridiculous to put a fixed and unique address to pay ... it is impossible link a payment received with the customer.

Quite weird again.
There is also a picture here of supposed Raoul Beaupré ( 26 years old ?):
http://www.intratechmontreal.com/about.php
There is also a building pictured there, if you magnify streetview picture, the number is 1680. I don't know how it is in Canada, but in Europe even and odd street numbers are not, usually, on same side of a street.

They seem to accept someone visiting them, though.

I would be willing to bet that this turns out to be a joke.  Why in the world would they use pictures of a competitors product.  According to them they need 300 order to even start production.  Even if you are already manufacturing ASIC products you can't tell me you are going to sell something without ever making a prototype.  It just doesn't make any sense!  Especially when you have never been part of the segment.  Even if it's not a scam because of the escrow it's a hard troll at the minimum.

at least it's escrow'd

What is there to lose?

I'm going to order 100 units right away for my government.

LOL.

I'm not saying that I'm going to buy any, but if it is escrow'ed through Bitmit (which is a pretty reputable site imo), then it seems pretty low risk as long as you don't release the escrow'ed funds.

Totally reliabelz.

On another note, sup with the 4x shipping costs "worldwide" (including US)? Come on guys, you want to scam Americans, at least get our hopes up with cheap shipping costs.

Good Q about escrow, I was wondering that myself.

Maybe I'm not too familiar with Bitmit, but what's the purpose of escrow? Wouldn't it hurt their chance of scamming?

The picture looks suspiciously like BFL's FPGA Singles.

But if it is a real reuse of an existing ASIC chip then I presume that the chip was designed to accelerate IPsec VPNs:
