I'm sure there are other places with lots of active users but the users need to be active here before a local board is created. If you want this to happen I suggest you tell people to start being active in the local thread and it may get added over time but as it stands currently I don't think there's a need for one.

Such dedication man! I know that lots of new users will come to bitcointalk gradually.
Unfortunately,it works other way around.You get a new board if you have lot of people coming to the forum from your country and they're unable to post in the English sections. Suppose they make a board anyway,what's the guarantee you will get the traffic ? I don't think you can drive the entire Persian Crypto lovers on the internet to this forum alone.
What language is that? The thread needs to be active/popular enough for it to be deemed worthy of an entire new board.

Now there are some forums in persian with lots of active users. There are also lots of websites dealing with cryptocurrencies. Most of that people are not able to use English language. I can share some of the links if you want.
