I saw in the news to day I don't how long its been in the works but if you buy some thing in the US there  may be a new law being sighed in soon that says any per orders after some many days that are not filled the money has to be refunded . wondering if that will stick to any no refund policy as well. I'm not asking about this not because of bitcoins in Gen some company in the US  do steal form there customers.

wonder how that will affect per orders for mining hard ware .

However, simply living on land that has the U.S. territorial borders as its borders, doesn't mean that you are living in the U.S.

I hope you're right. Manufacturers like KNC are refusing to refund customers even though their laws state that they have to do so if they don't deliver within 14 days.
