I think bitcoins are a bit too valuable to be playing around in a lottery system. .
That is ridiculous, they are only as valuable as we make them, also OP was talking about making the fee in the decimals so it would equal around 50 cents.

I'm starting to think about organized a Bitcoin lottery game every X times.
Something like 0.001 BC by participation and 75-99 % back to the winner.
The lottery will be based of position number with http://www.random.org/ and will be streamed online with http://join.me/.
I simply want to know if you could be interested.
