So are they legit ?
Read, and make up your own mind: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/hashcins-blockchain-technologies-that-work-417623
( and, again, I suggest continuing the discussion in that thread - it's the main thread about the company, it doesn't appear to be malignantly moderated, etc. )

And even if they are not a scam - you can get equipment from established manufacturers for less money now without having to preorder.

I was contacted by them to stop by during this weekend, but unfortunately I'm unable to do that. Their representative will leave to Russia on Monday, so I need to wait him to return I guess, to try again...

EDIT: Although I feel sceptical about their hardware, will see.. sometime near future..

I find it interesting that always "newbies" ....somehow "found" new miner manufacture sites,

I'm sure if you put bitcoin miner in google, this site wouldnt have come up.... hmm.... make you wonder.....

are wolves out there hiding in sheep skins?

Yes this is a standard scam "release" format for these forums:

Create scam, create new account, post a link to scam - making yourself sound trustworthy by asking "is this a scam?"

It works because even injecting doubt can't prevent people being fooled.

Lol all I see is some renders on this site, where's the ASICS?

Don't think they've sent out a review model to anybody in BCT.  Real scammy looking site.

They said they contact me next week, this mean week that started with 28th April being Monday.

That clause would be invalidated by most local legal systems, you're not allowed to sell a product into a market with unviable operating clauses.

Can't say I know either which way from those threads (there's more, just google.) - but their terms are pretty strict;
HashCoins shall have no obligations for breach of warranty if the alleged defect or non-conformance is found to have occurred as a result of environmental or stress testing, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident or as a result of improper repair, operation at voltages other than as specified by HashCoins, use with equipment other than that sold by HashCoins, operation in an ambient temperature other than 5-22 degrees Celsius (40-72 degrees Fahrenheit), alteration, modification, storage, transportation or improper handling.
(emphasis mine)
Definitely not a 'home' miner unless you've got a decent AC unit.  I suggest continuing in one of the existing threads, though.

http://www.hashcoins.com/

I Came across this site, and they have some pretty decent pricing.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this company or has received any of their miners?

It seems they are based in Europe, in Tallinn Estonia?

Hashcoins LLC Contact:
Tartu maantee 43, 10128, Tallinn
Tel:+372 58 738 066, Mail: [email protected]

They have a 2.4 terrahash miner.

• Contains (3) 28nm ASICs
• Performance: 2100 GH/s at nominal clock speed. (That’s 2,1 TH/s in one mining unit.)
• At the wall, this unit consumes 1 watt per gigahash +/- 20%
• Chassis: Corsair Graphite 230T
• Corsair Hydro Cooling System
• 1 Internal High performance Corsair power supplies
• Connects via USB to a computer of your choice running cgminer (a “control unit”, see below)

Chip Specifications
• 28nm ASIC
• Power Consumption at the chip: less than 0.65 W/GH/s +/- 15%
• Designed to be underclocked for greater efficiency, and overclocked for greater performance*

Anyone know if they are legit?
