It was the same back in February. People with zero merit starting guides on how to gain merit, while their entire post history was the exact opposite of the values they claimed to advocate.
I like how in 90% of those posts, the ex-Jr just talks shit about himself without noticing.
And still can’t manage to do what they already know they should do:
before many people post all sorts of rubbish just to reach jr member level and join the bounty, or posting rubbish just to reach the 15 or 20 post per week required by some bounty managers.

With this new system all that have to stop, now people will have to take their time to post constructive post and actually contribute to the community.
