I'm not talking about the regular use in-thread emoticons. I'm talking aabout the message icons, that display next to the thread topic in the forum.
Oh god. I've never seen those before. We should get rid of this entirely and immediately before someone uses them and this board looks like every schoolyard ever.
I don't think that's quite necessary, but replacing the emoticons with more descriptive icons would be useful.
It wouldn't even be hard, just grab the mining icon from litecoin, some random faucet icon (i'm sure there's many), perhaps abe's icon for block explorers, and find something generic for exchanges. Maybe even add an icon for p2pools.
