Each Antminer S9 is going to pull about 300 cfm.  So (25) of them implies the need for 7500 cfm both in and out.

Ideally, you could use the fans themselves to push the hot air outside, presuming they had sufficient square footage of ventilation space to achieve that without building up any back pressure.

As a general design goal:  you want to keep air moving below 500 feet per minute - any faster and things like leaves will stick to your intake filters.

Do the math, or use an online calculator like https://www.easycalculation.com/unit-conversion/fpm-to-cfm-calculator.php.

For 7500 CFM at 500 fpm, you need 15 square feet of zero back pressure area to ventilate.  You have 4 square feet planned.  You will either need to buy intake and exhaust fans that will push 7500 cfm each, or make a bigger hole, or blow power on some serious AC, or overheat your miners.  

Remember that filters create back pressure, so you will need to upscale those to adjust.  I'd suggest sticking with low MERV filters, like something in the 3-4 range.  Those are good enough.

Sorry for the bad news, but its just math, not personal.

A single hole of that size most likely wont be enough to keep up with the 39 kilowatts worth of space heater you are trying to stuff in there. As far as filtration goes, just put a hood on the outside so rain cant get in and run universal heater/ac filters you can buy at the local hardware store.

I was told by a fan company I spoke with, the current size fan and hole would replace the air every 30 seconds in that size room once closed off. Fan is 4500CFm at the bottom and 1500 CFM attic fan in the top pitch. Think I should add a 2nd?  I was also wondering how much flow restriction a filter would put on it.  As in, is their a special filter for better airflow?

Keep in mind where your one (1) 4,500 CFM fan is located will basically pull the majority of the air where rigs are located.  As you add more rigs and they are spread out more, you will notice the rigs on the furtherest extremity away from the fan will run warmer than the rigs placed directly in front of the fan.  This is another reason why I went with the concept I did here in this link:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/lets-share-ideas-of-ways-to-manage-heat-from-mining-in-a-home-or-warehouse-2865914

I've found from my own experience [Since 2014] it's best to KEEP IN MIND POTENTIAL GROWTH OF YOUR FARM IN THE FUTURE while preparing your mining room for that future well in advance.

That 1,500 CFM fan [in the ceiling] to pull the heat out will not be enough.  Especially, if you intend to add more S9's in the future.

As for filters for your intake, I have no idea...  The green one's that can be washed out and reused might be an idea.  I will be doing the same search for filters myself come the spring.

How many amps in your Main Distribution Panel (MDP)?

Are those outlets grouped together 220V or 110V ?

From my experience with filter in a smaller mining closet I built [My 2nd build], it restricted the air flow by about 20 percent.  Of course this depends on the filter you use.

It's hard to tell from the pictures the shape of the shed, but if possible I would pull the air across the miners, not up and out.

Essentially one wall has your filters, in a much larger opening than 24x24 and then one wall has your exhaust fans. I'd use 3 of something like this http://amzn.to/2siRS5g with the miner's exhaust pointing at the exhaust fans. That way you're drawing in cool air in to and over the miners and sucking it right out of the room.

Here's the idea, keep in mind that the people who recommended the fans only went by cu/ft of the room and not the massive heaters you're running in there. Tell them you're putting in roughly 30 5,000 BTU machines that kick out over 200 CFM each. That'll put a look on their face...

Maybe you can try with this fan/ventilator whatever. Its going around 9k CFM(8700ish). And its not really expensive, its only 130$.

I accidentally found it, was looking for ones with higher CFM, and i found ones, with 3k for around 200$, this one looks pretty neat. You would need only to remove part that is attaching itself on wall.

What do you suggest I add on to what I have?  This is why I need help so I don't demolish my machines.  I want it done right the first time. Smiley

I was thinking if it doesn't flow well enough I could double up and add another wall fan to the left along with another hole on the other side of the room.

What max room temp should I watch out for?

I am building out my mining room.  I have a 24x24 hole in the wall for air inflow.  What is the best filter or way to filter out dust/moisture from the outside.  Any suggested product links would help greatly.  Max air outside temp here is usually 88 degrees, with very few 100 degree days.

4500 CFM wall fan will be 1 foot from rack, 1500 CFM Attic Fan pulling air up and out from the ceiling above miners.

I attached pics, if you have any suggestions on rack system, required supplemental equipment I should really add, etc, please let me know!
-wall insulation or special boarding to reduce noise so I don't piss off my neighbors(or at least as much)
-best way to stack and rack
-best cabling set up
-monitoring equipment needed (heat/cam's, etc)
-security
-anything else I am missing

I will be housing 25 s9's and 4 L3+'s.
