I've created a small MintPal companion app that utlizies their API. Trading and balance checking not available as their API V2 is still in private beta stages.
The app was just released onto google play market.

if your redirected to google play's error page, then the app's probably still being checked by google, but should soon be available for download.
Currently only support for mobiles, currently developing Tablet layouts, and as soon as APIv2 is finished, I will add the ability to trade, and interact with your balances.
You can currently view coin pairs, look at their stats/graphs, as well as add simple widgets to your home screen.
To refresh, you must either pull down the top side menu down or the the top buy sell view down
