Some pools have increased their fees or minimum withdraw amount recently.
Maybe you can set a lower withdraw amount to encourage new miners to come to the pool.
In the long run, having a stable reliable pool with acceptable fees and withdraw amounts will eventually see miners moving there.

It should not show an invalid address warning at all. This is a standard format for pools as far as I know. And Since I have done this in the past with other pools, though no longer use an exchange wallet, I can confirm that mining direct to an exchange not only works, but is standard practice for some!

In order to achieve this, you merely need to use the following format.
WalletAddress.PaymentID
So, in order to get the miner working, and having payments sent directly to your exchange wallet (No extra fee or threshold charged), merely use the format above.
It would be the usual miner commands, then WalletAddress.paymentid
Make sure yo include the "." (dot) to separate both.

so no need to do any adjustment in pool software its just the miner need to use the address and format ?? will this work ..may be this will not work as itw will show invalid address when you try to mine in pool i think ..can you conform it sir

Not sure why this happening ..becase people don't what to leave bigger pool even if they don't get more share .. also i can see you enabled the exchange address option to mine with worker id ..which is also nice option enabled .. try to keep some promot option like min in your pool and once first block foudn you can raddom ly provide some monero to users who mine in your pool ..
By the way .can you tell me how you added the option to add excahnge address and worker id to mine in pool asn right now all pool software avaialble don't have this option ..

So we just opened up our own pool, and got this wicked new upgraded software care of the guys in Monero-Pools. We have hit a fair few blocks, but lost a lot of miners.
I am seeking advice on advertising the pool. We have a 0.6% fee, and we can even do direct XMR to BTC exchanges based on the best price from either Shapeshift, or XMR.to.
I am not sure if we are allowed to link here, so I won't. But any advice or bits of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
