Celer AFAIK is an IEO not an ICO.

The current conditions are very difficult, especially as many investors divert to the IEO because it is safer, the best way is to choose ICO which has a good reputation in the ICO rating, and one is global property.

everyone here will suggest you for own research but no one going to tell you about any new ico . cause everyone just confused about crypto cause once a time it was like anonymous currency but now every ico took kyc and gone ..so chill man.. no help from this question ..i will be glad if i get a cool answer without suggesting research.

But a lot of people are still betting on ICO remember there was a chance to buy more when it's not yet listed on exchange site. My friend has bought a lot of celer before it gets listed on the binance. As far as i know, some people try to take it as their opportunity to buy more.

what if we hold on to not investing in ico, I think this is not the right time because there are still many ico who have not launched their tokens to the market exchange and I think this will take a long time. better you invest in bitcoin or etherum only.

i don't know for sure, it is very difficult to distinguish a good ICO between many ICO scams. sometimes ICO is good and worthy of investment but we can't see it well, they look like garbage but in reality they are gold. especially now that some investors are turning to the IEO, i think it will be increasingly difficult to find an ICO that is feasible for investment. we have to see it well so we don't lose money because we chose the wrong project.

It is really hard to suggest the best one cause we all not sure for the existed project today. Though some of them we're legit but it never feels that it will succeed and could give profits cause mostly likely prices will dump after listing of their coins.

Indeed true. If I were you, I would look for another opportunity aside from ICO. If you can not look for the best and promising ICO, then switch and go for the new IEO instead. You are always taking the risk here, so be careful investing in such.

ICOs are dead for now. you can participate in IEOs but alway DYOR.

Of course there is because I believe that later it will be different and better in its condition, nowadays almost all ICOs are less productive for us to predict its development. I do not resign and in my opinion it is better for you to review yourself because we have a different perspective. Hopefully ICO will be better and no hackers.

  Here's what you do brother, you must research and cross reference using a Venn diagram styled approach all the coins from ICO'S and compare them to similar projects already on the market. If your ICO that you're reviewing isn't like anything else on the market and it's not to good to be true. You'll have gold on your hands my friend.
   Unfortunately, finding a Diamond in the rough requires either blind dumb luck, or good Due Diligence.
   Ask yourself, Is the team open and transparent?
Do they offer a white paper? What are there goals and is there a roadmap available? How many similar projects exist, and will I receive profit from investing?
  Too many projects are over saturating the market with little to no innovation added, just a clone war!
  
Conclusion: Pick projects that offer you a breath of fresh air with either new innovation, or a stellar roadmap, Superb team, and community, etc. Remenber, always practice you're due dillgence.

If you can be fortunate to but coin directly during IEO, it is much better than investing in ICO, except you are able to get a very good ICO.
Good ICOs are not easy to come by these days, except you are very astute in carrying out research.
Also choose projects you belief in it's team, because that is what will determine the safety of your fund.

Its not quite wise to give advice on which ICO to invest nowadays since there are a lot of things that need to be considered in investing or joining ICOs. First there can be successful ones but then after being listed in exchanges do not really get good value and even more sad is sometimes their prices are even lower than ICO price and you know, a lot are disguising to be legit but then in the end turn out to be scams. There are lots to choose from though from the services section and I think one must decide on his own risk so whether it be successful or not no one to be blamed but they themselves.

Of course there are still just that we often ignore and not be careful in analyzing every existing ico project so that we incorrectly drop our investment choices on a fake ico project.

I think you already noticed a big buzz around IEO. At least, such an offer of coins guarantees listing on the exchange. It seems to me that the time of the initial offer of coins directly by the projects has already passed. Everyone is looking at the IEO.

To find an ICO project which we can make large profit from it is a very difficult thing. Participating is too hard, you must have a quick hands to purchased after the offer begins, not as lucky for investing in this new way of investment but still trying to have my chance, like what you have said, what is best to this new ventures, the coin will automatically being added to the exchange that caters the sale period, so no need to wait for any listing information, you can sell it out right after you get the luck to invest with it.

IEOs is the best new opportunity, is hard to buy but if you can put your hands on that coin the profit is warrantied.

Its better to find it your own. Giving you names can literally looks so lazy and i also want not to get blamed after. Maybe the coins i give is shitty and doesnt perform well in the future.        ICO projects are a good opportunity to make money. In 2017 most ICO projects were good and profitable projects, but now to choose an ICO project you need a lot of information. I can not recommend you some ICO projects, because I do not guarantee that the projects are prospective. But to choose an ICO investment project, you need to read as much information about the project as you want.

At the moment, all i can see is trash too.. I keep looking for bounty programs to join and safe ico's to promote or to follow/to invest in but i didn't find any.. There's some good projects but i don't think that they will have the opportunity for a PUMP in this bear market.. I agree with you that many of ICOs are dead and have already disappeared from the market, according to reports. But it does not mean that all ICOs are bad. There are still good projects hitting the market or on the waiting list. Even now ICOs are transformed into STOs and IEOs aimed to give customers more investment security. You can find good and promising STOs and IEOs by searching in the google.

Aside from that, almost the majority of the current ICO project is just a repetition of other's project.  This copy cat projects looks like they were made just to earn money.  I believe a good ICO or IEO must have an original  and unique business model or project plan.  This way they can cater interesting investors and audiences for their crowdfunding.

There are very few so most of the ICO's that you looked at are almost waste of time. In this type of market, you can say that in 100 ICO's only 5-10 will eventually reach their target and proceed with their goals.

It is also the effect of the bearish market, as the investors and traders are likely to slow down while waiting for the right time or when the market fully recovers. If I were you, it's better to stock more reliable coins that looking for a promising ICO's right now which is very difficult.

I think that we should buy the traditional Altcoins on the coinmarketcap at this time which is more reasonable and safe. Because the tokens don't have much trust with investors when real and fake projects are mixed up. I agree with you, that there are still ico that are worth investing in, indeed there are many ico scams right now, but there are still good ico, so in my opinion we must be more careful and observant in choosing ico.

There are new opportunities everywhere, i just participated in an airdrop worth $111 and there are still some bounties that also pay well, but the new  trending thing in crypto currency world is IEO and it is really taking over ICO, because most of this IEO sell out in seconds and i think scammers have not found a way to infiltrate it yet so its safer than ICO, and they are security tokens

I think now not more people will invest on ICO but i also search for new opportunities, maybe i will have to research more how to invest on IEO, maybe ICO will need a new refresh and only legit project to make more people invest again on ICO.

Now there are no ICO-worthy projects available for investment to everyone. Everything good is bought up during the preliminary sales of large funds. And all that remains is scam or shit coins.

I think there are many ICOs that still have high ratings like Bcnex, Beaxy, Nupay, and some ICOs that have professional teams. My analysis to determine which ICO is good for investing is a loyal and professional team. even the utility project can be your first choice.

IMO if you have enough experience, investigate yourself. Because I found ICOs with my own opinion and your thought may be different. Look at projects that do not specifically allocate money to bounty on this forum. Also Binance sales should also be evaluated.

We can advise many ICO's here but we can't say that these ICO's are truly a good ICO to invest your money.

I think doing a deep research will help you choose the right ICO's to invest for but we know already that most of the ICO's right now are scam and its hard to choose. I think its better if you will just invest your money to the coins in coinmarketcap. Low reward but low risk compare to ICO's that has a high risk and high reward.

@OP if you cannot find ICOs that is worth investing, you can always look at the coins or tokens that previously launched an ICO and is doing well in the market or in its development.  It is more risky to invesnt in an ICO that have  yet proven or shown their dedication in their work.  Aside from that, there is always a possibility that the one that looks so legit is a scam project.  So diverting your attention the the young startups that already launched and in the market will be a better option.  You can visit https://coinmarketcap.com/  to see list of token and look for a possible token that will give you a possible good profit.  Do not forget to research on the token or coin that  you picked.

I personally don't touch any ICOs these days. Better to wait to see what a project produces then make your decision to buy in or not.

Yes, we must try new things and leave those who are clearly at risk. I think there are only a few but ICO is good and now there is a new breakthrough, the IEO, which people believe is clearer. We may have to move but don't forget to analyze it first because everything is uncertain and you will decide for yourself.

Doing thorough research will help them to avoid scam projects and won't waste their money invested on the wrong project. If you have to really invest in a project that looks promising to you then don't just believe or trust it if you don't know anything yet about their background story.

Do not rely solely on names of projects being mentioned to you. If you cannot make findings by yourself from the vast arrays of projects in the crypto space, then I would advise you just invest in an already established coin.

There are alot of promising ICOs but the rate of the promise level does not make the ICOs to be successful in the future and the most important thing in ICOs and every other crypto investment is never invest the amount you cant afford to loose. However, I will advice you to check out the LOLcoin, Matchbillion, PrimexCoin and HedPay.

You have mentioned it, many of them are rubbish so why waste your time with those? There's another craze in the crypto world and that is IEOs, maybe you'll like to invest with any of those but still do your research with them.

I can not advise, but you can look at the project in my signature! Personally, my opinion is a worthy project and deserves attention. Do your research. Study the project well and make your own decisions! These are your investments and the responsibility for them is only on you. Everyone has their own opinion !

I have the same problem. Last week i made some good and long researches about the new bounty programs on bitcointalk bounty section, unfortunately i really couldn't find one good project. I used to find some great project there but this time when i check and search on the web i couldn't find most of the projects in the ICO bench, ICO Rating or ICO Marks. If i can find the project reviews on those websites i wouldn't join any of them.

As per past experience of investors, ICO has earned a really bad and negative image. It is very difficult to judge authenticity of any ICO. Whitepaper, Initial Plan, ICO review website can only give you an idea about their success but noone can guarantee you about their authenticity. Being decentralized, No Govt body control it or check it before launching. Only factor that matters now a days which encourage any investor to invest in an ICO is their TEAM. If you trust their team members and have faith on them after checking their track record,then you can think of investing in it otherwise don't.

Here on the forum a lot of information, go to the thematic branches and read. And also a lot of information in Telegram groups. I also watch ratings on sites that are dedicated to ICO projects.

all the times the new opportunities are available to invest but the problem is that trust and confidence about the investment on ICO's was continuously reduced in my mind set so I cannot take the risk again so if you what thinking you have the opportunity it will depends on your own opinion but it is not a good time

I can't advise, I believe in the crypto it is not correct, and everyone should make a decision himself, but I will say from my experience that I find 1-2 ICO for myself every month that go on the exchange and show a good price.

For now, it is still very difficult for me to be able to determine which ICO is worth investing because maybe there are still many ICOs who refrain from launching because of market conditions that are still very difficult to predict.

To be honest i do not see many icos that can be worthy investing at the moment, even some that look decent have not performed well on exchanges so im not into much icos recently the only project i like and promoting as well is miracle tele because they treat token holders as owners and pay a percentage of their revenues tot he token holders bi weekly which is a great support for small investors like me especially in slow markets.

Any investment is not a small risk. It is difficult to advise something as there is enough garbage. But there are projects that really work: Joys - the ability to buy goods for cryptocurrency. I invest only in projects that have finished ico.

I'm currently liking the look of veil coin. Saw a few guys promoting it on here via their signatures. I checked it out. Tech looks nice + it's currently super duper undervalued.

Keep looking until you find one. Each has his/her own standard in determining whether it's rubbish or worthy of investment. If you can't find one then consider looking into low to medium cap coins that has working products.

I don't know but it seems that IEO is now the "IT" thing. Problem is that they it is getting sold very quick so I don't know how you can invest when competition is very though.

As for ICO, I would agree that there are too many and it's hard to filter which one will be a likely candidate not to scam us. So I can't really tell you which one is the best, but If I have the money right now, I will try to squeeze in this IEO and see how it goes.

Now it is gaining the trend of the IEO. Look at it, the first participants have already received huge profits. It's not too late to join them.
I think in the future, IEO will also be ICO.
