Hmm there seems to be something wrong with your captcha at bitworld, and the reward timer is also set at 58.333mins.
Why not you change it to an hour instead? Would be neater
Also the ads there are placed quite messily, maybe if you worked on that your site would look much nicer!

I know payouts are low Guys, but i'm losing money for the moment, i didnt find a good ad service (adsense banned me, bitmedia.io let in "Pending Review" both sites, and a-ads is an "unique ip-war")...

Hmm for the oneminute faucet I think the average of 50 satoshis is a little too low, minimum should be 75-100, since the users cant exactly claim at 1 mins intervals given that they have to refresh the site.
Hope bitworld comes back, and also the rewards stated there mismatch the ones stated here.

2 - One Minute Faucet : http://oneminute.byethost3.com/ rewards : 15 30 45 60 100 / 1 minute (60 seconds)
