Honestly it's not really about new PoW algorithm coins anymore it's now about which pow algorithm coin is more profitable to mine and that leaves only one coin standing tall and that's Ethereum others aren't as profitable as Ethereum
Everyone is now only interested in speculation on coins. Although now there are so many really interesting projects that solve the real problems of everyone. For me, one of the gems of this year is Foho Coin. I advise you to take a closer look

You have to check the lists from different websites that tackles with PoW coins so that you'll have the reference for which of them is going to be your choice. This list does have the tokens/coins and you'll just have to look at their market cap if you prefer to mine low cap coins.
