For sure you have seen right now are post from newbies offering their services to you, they clearly don't see the point that you are seeking an employee and not a particular service from another one of this so-called blockchain development teams. I don't know how they operate but it would be better if you see the applicants in person and not like this "blockchain development teams" operating via messages.

I try to look if there's a local board for Bahrain but it seems there none so I would suggest if you can open a thread here: Other languages/locations.
