I see this post, but don't see any announcement on new kind of restriction in the forum, in Meta board. So, is it real?
The original post does not contain link to restriction, and I still can not find it, so far.

Hello everyone.
To conform with Bitcointalk's restrictions on airdrops; we no longer require airdrop participants to post proof of authentication by replying into this bounty thread.
Ah it's here. Appreciated the screenshot from hilariousandco.
Incentivizing posting within one or several threads via low effort tasks (e.g. signups or proof of participation for liking, following, subscribing, retweeting, tweeting a single tweet, joining a channel or group, etc.) is not allowed as it falls under the "no altcoin giveaways" rule (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/giveaway-threads-are-not-allowed-2103687):
Such post templates are thousands in the forum, people kept posting it everyday, and I don't see they stop/ reduce (likely there is no strict control on it). When I saw that post from @julerz, I just imagined it is a new restriction.
He is the first bounty manager emphasizes about that restriction (I could miss some other managers whom did it too).
