I see this post, but don't see any announcement on new kind of restriction in the forum, in Meta board. So, is it real?
The original post does not contain link to restriction, and I still can not find it, so far.
He is the first bounty manager emphasizes about that restriction (I could miss some other managers whom did it too).

Such post templates are thousands in the forum, people kept posting it everyday, and I don't see they stop/ reduce (likely there is no strict control on it).
