I actually emailed the real EastShore company that sells miners (since that is where the scammer got the pictures) and notified them, They responded quickly and stated it was not them and they were going to track scammers on their blog to try and help.
This looks like the Buckrodgers scam also posted here.

Whew. 23 bitcoins is a lot, glad you didn't fall for this shit.
Most of escrows here sign their messages so anyone who deals here should take look to signed message and especially PGP which most of escrows use, good catch OP.
I'm not shy. I will always send messages directly to escrow users. Do not ever believe anything that is quoted.
