Try opening in a new browser or in incognito mode.
Sometimes browser caching causes these issues.

It looks like that the miner is not configured properly. It is also possible that the miner is configured different pool by default and that what you think that you have saved the edited configuration did not happen.

You can try to troubleshoot the problem by:
  • Double checking the data input on the configuration, check if the are URL, username and password is correct.
  • Make sure that you saved the configuration
  • You can also try to restart your miner
  • And also check the miner documentation to see if there is a specific instruction in configuring the miner to use another pool.

Brand new Setup.

Went to the "Pools" tab, entered my BRAIINS details, needed 3 attempts until it would save, now has those details saved.

But, when I go to Miner dashboard, under "Pools", it says the URL is etc.viabtc.com:333 with Username port forwarded.futurebit

Why are my details not showing up and my hash seemingly going to future bit?
