Your desire to "do something" about scammers in btc is understandable. What you're missing however is that there are methods already in place that allow people to determine whether someone or something is likely a scam, and importantly, these also encourage independent thought, which in turn begets greater skill at identifying scams.
It's crucial for new people to take cues from those established at the top of the pecking order. Trawling yet another user-submitted database of names is of rather arguable utility, and is by far a less rewarding strategy for figuring out what's what. After all, making smart choices isn't about checking whether a name is on a list. You've got to put in the work to reap the benefit.
