CryptoTalk.Org - Get Paid for every Post!
That is something new, I haven't seen it yet. When facing such sites it's always good to search for legit reviews first, not anonymous reviews, but from legit sources, if there isn't anyone, better to have caution and not use the site. Also, as the minimum payout is 0.03 BTC it's already a good sign they are somehow reluctant about making payments, a common characteristic on Scam sites. There are more than 1400 people using this site right now! Seems it's being succesful...

The website btcheat.com gives you spins in order to win at their slot machine. They can also take mining power from your CPU through your browser offering you 1 spin for every 2500 hashes. Their min payout is extremely huge 0.03 bitcoins. They increase your free spins you can claim automatically every three hours when you invite people to play there or to use their CPU power.

To me this is quite a sophisticated scam as you may think they get real money from your CPU mining but they don't have any ads at all.

This is just like many other cloud mining scams, be wary.
I actually didnt knew there exists such websites wich takes from you computer CPU when you acces a website. It is a pretty sophisticated technology wich is new and you can easily be fooled by some simple slots websites. Also I saw there are spinners websites where you can play with a spinner and ear bitcoin. I also think that are scams wich use your CPU for mining while you are playing.
The technology is advancing and everyday appear new scams, so we got to be careful what website we use.

Well if it's realted to cloud mining, would you even call it a sophisticated scam? People should know by now, and at this price, to steer clear of anything that seems too good to be true (Faucets and Cloud mining fit this perfectly) as they're either going to be wasting their money on something that they won't make a return on OR they're going to be wasting their time in the case of cloud mining.

Plus in this case, you're just NEVER going to hit .01 let alone .03 minimum that people need in order to get paid.

It's so simple that it's a scam that people still fall for it, you can't fix stupid I guess.

It's not really a cloud mining scams but probably a scam site nonetheless.

The minimum payout is huge which means that you are probably never going to get paid from them anyways. Plus, you'd just be wasting your time and electricity since you're probably just giving away free moneros generated through mining monero through coinhive.

Don't use them, not worth it.

And this is just another example of scams leveling up their games who are preying for newbie traders who wants to think they are earning through participating in some sites that gives out coins in an easy way. I think that site should be at least flagged down because if they are not targeted, they still would continue their work even if no one is already participating but they are still connected throught browsers.

I remember having downloaded an app not that long ago, where I was allowed to spin once every 30 minutes, which gave you the opportunity to win like 9000 satoshi per spin, but it never made it land in the 9000 satoshi section. Either way, it required 0.004 BTC before requesting a payout, which you can imagine, took a long time to reach. After reaching, it didn't pay out, which wasn't exactly a surprise. I however don't know if that app was used to mine, because the CPU was heavily in use till I closed it. Funny thing was that in order to pass the 30 minute limit, you had to keep your device unlocked. If you lock your device it stopped counting, and when you unlocked it again, it started counting again.

I don't want to visit the link that you have given because I'm not comfortable that they'll be mining monero through my browser and will use the power of my CPU for their hash. It's not a cloud mining, this has been rotating through the internet and if you are aware of it try to check the CPU usage of your computer so that you are aware that the website you've been visiting are trying to mine with your browser and CPU. This is now the replacement of ads, because they can see better revenue with it.

They are mining monero through browser mining and giving users just 1 spin which might not give you anything when you play in their slot machine which is not provably fair. Also they ask you to invite more people to get more free spin so that you can reach their high minimum payout amount.

They might not pay to users even if they will reach their high minimum payout. They might be using coinhive script for that browser mining in their users. I don't think its worth to spend your valuable time there trying to reach minimum payout.

I am doing this experiment, I have decided to try as it will take me a maximum of 1 week to reach that payout. My work processor is a Xeon one so it gives me about 200 spins in an hour. I have let it run and only today I have gone from 0.01 bitcoin to 0.0185 bitcoin there winning 850.000 satoshi with about 1600 spins. I don't expect anything from this site but I have seen members from a traffic exchange being paid or at least they claim so , so I am just experimenting but I too believe it's a scam. It doesn't cost me anything to experiment so why not try without expectations of any sort.

i have tried out to launch the site usually my cpu % usage do range on 3-7%  processing (this is my normal usage) and when i do tried out to launch the site then suprisingly the CPU memory did jumped up to 30-40% which is really shady at all which we can really assume that theres something behind operating on which do cause on that sudden bump. For people out there be aware on such site.

What processor are you using? and thank you for having done the experiments, at least so many people will not use the site, even if it is a scam people always tend to believe when they hear from someone who has tried.

 Shocked

It's the first time I see such a site.

Im currently using Intel G4560 Processor which do have 3M Cache, 3.50 GHz Processor base freq. paired with 8gb RAM and rx 460 4gb GPU. Even on playing Dota 2 game on ultra settings it doesnt really consume too much processing power. Lets say 20-25% and would not exceed unlike on using such site which it did almost reach out 50% and thats completely on the site alone without any tabs beings opened which theres really something there.I can still consider this a scam in my own view since they do make use of people to mine something by just opening their site.

It wouldn't exactly be illegal if you're consenting to take spins. It's just like giving your email out.

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
A lot of websites, including the Pirate Bay and even some legal sites, have started crypto mining from your browser when you log into their site without asking for permission.  IIRC Coinhive runs a script that allows websites to do it without installing malicious software onto your computer.

While it does look like this site is a scam, it may be possible that sites can be crypto mining and producing profit from that then sharing it with the user.  They wouldn't be mining BTC though, they'd be mining Monero.

It's possible that legitimate BTC faucets will begin implementing this due to their falling revenues.

The way cloud mining works is the people who start very close to the launch of the project will actually earn some money. But they are encouraging others to join and when the time is right the company will just stop and it will hurt the people who joined later. The people who started early are effectively encouraging a scam by using the service

Yeah, this site has been popping up in bitcoin forums in the last month. The "too good to be true" are definitely the words anyone familiar with cryptocurrencies would use for this website. Surely, the 0.03 bitcoins sounds good and no wonder everyone (mostly newcomers) are talking about it, and given how the site doesn't have those annoying ads makes it look more legit. We need to let more people know that this is just a scam.

The problem is that many people allocate their Cpu power to this site as I have tried it myself, and 1 spin its earned very fast. The problem is that to the slot they have put a formula which decreases the chances for you to win the more number of spins you have to play. In my latest example, I allocated the i7 4770 from my work PC and I have won 550 spins for a few hours, which only gave me 270.000 satoshi.

After this I definitely think this is a scam as my mining allocation has not made them 270.000 satoshi in a few hours, I am sure of this.

The moment you have it at the back of your mind that nothing is really free as they seems, then you won't fall for such cheap scams all over the internet. What I expect is that they should have come clean to make it so obvious this is where they are generating revenue from and seek the consent of the owner of the resourses they are  using but they decide in their own level of intelligence that the best is to rip off those who are actually looking for a free then to bait them and get more from them.

They know what they doing, for setting the payout amount so high, they knew that only few people will get to their point while the others would have left out of frustration which means the amount of mining they have generated as a result of their resources, they don't partake it.

When i do access the site its just a casual free slot game which you would been given free 50 spins and yes the minimum withdrawal fee would really be pain in the ass but as you mentioned here that this is a sophisticated scam then i would somehow agree i have tried out to launch the site usually my cpu % usage do range on 3-7%  processing (this is my normal usage) and when i do tried out to launch the site then suprisingly the CPU memory did jumped up to 30-40% which is really shady at all which we can really assume that theres something behind operating on which do cause on that sudden bump.
