I can see how it would be annoying for you to receive these repeated ratings from the same user, however I want you to know that most people do not care about untrusted feedback in the first place.
Nobody cares about reputation given to you from somebody who also has massive amounts of negative feedback, and it's reasons like this that there is a Default Trust.

hey man just admit you lied first about saying i offered no collateral and then that you are not in a place to give negative trust overwhatever you consider is sufficient or not and i will remove the trust.
