Not really sure what you are playing at with this one.. Just opening the link it takes me to some weird site that looks like front for a digital business? Where's the sportsbook? Are you just trying to get traffic to the site? (Pretty poor attempt), or did you put in the wrong link?

this thread was created over 3 years ago so maybe it was a sportsbook that run for short time and then collapsed
the link in the op isn't related to gambling at all , so probably it was a scam attempt few years ago
