Hello,
I've been mining for a while now and I'm also sysadmin on a few other pools from other people. To make this experience useful, I have started my own AlphaCoin mining pool.
It's cloud based and monitored, so very stable. Also this makes it possible to add resources, so when there are a lot of miners it won't be slow as some other pools.
It has PPLNS, VARDIFF, just 1% fee (to pay for the cloud hosting) and even a block finder reward! You can sign up at http://alf.moowh.nl/
Then point your cgminer to: cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://alf.moowh.nl:3333 -u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password
Please give the pool a chance and in the end we will all benefit from a stable and good hashing pool.
