Its bad in my opinion, but seems like more and more are doing it. PCO just creates another layer of buyers who get in before you do and at a lower price.

What would PCO stand for? Pre-coin offering? I think it is quite easy enough just with using terms such as pre-sale, I do not feel the need for a new acronym.

Many ICO issuers are using presales or private investor sales to raise money prior to issuing a new coin to the general public. I've coined a new acronym for them - PCO. Thoughts?
