I like the theme in the first link but I do not know that admin will adopt it or not because he is working to adopt the new software so on that software the theme will not work

Honestly I hope that the new forum is not some fancy thing that just bloats the browser. I like this forum because it's very friendly with old computers, doesn't annoy you with endless captchas etc. I hate how other forums are non functional without javascript and always ask you to solve captchas.

They're taking the same simplistic approach for the new forum...
It's possible to see the current progress at Beta.bitcointalk.org but It seems like there are some issues today as reported here . Alternatively , you could take a look at The official website or the GitHub Repo but the pictures are outdated as we switched to a black theme and It's going to change overtime until we get the final release.
