thanks for the reply peeps i think will go for coinbase seems like the most simple once out there.

besides day trading with bitcoin what other investing options out there with bitcoin?

Coinbase is a great resource but I would consider it more of a wallet than an exchange. If your buying to invest there are better options out there.

There are a few gambling sites that take actual investments which get added as part of there bakroll which are usually good. Take a look at this thread if you wish: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/methods-of-growing-your-bitcoin-976903
One great way to earn Btc is through signature campaigns however you will probably need to buy an account to do this. If you are interested though PM me, you can earn about 0.001 BTC per post you make fairly easy with a small investment.

Greeting Gents

been researching on bitcoin for awhile now, finally decided to invest on it but can't really find a trading platform to purchase.

it would be great if anyone can suggest some legit bitcoin trading site.

Regard,

Ted

Well there are many. Some reputed ones are bitstamp, bitfinex, and coinbase.
You can also purchase coins at localbitcoins.

How new are you?  You may wanna use Xapo or Coinbase as they are really simple to use.  Coinbase has the best support and live chat I have ever seen on such a service.  Best of luck man.  Smiley

I'm not sure which exchange works best in the UK, but I have a few other bits of advice.

Don't ask for a loan.
Don't "invest" in bitcoin, use bitcoin.
Don't "invest" in anything here! Scams are far more common here than the rare legitimate attempt to try something new.

Bitcoin is just money. It's not here to make us rich or get us out of paying taxes. It's not destined to go to the moon, but it might. It's not going to crash to zero, but this is a social experiment and no one knows the future, so it might.

Lastly, don't listen to people. lol.  you are going to see a lot of confident, ignorant opinions here. You would think the future could be predicted? But it can't. Make up your own mind.

Cheers and welcome fellow peer.
