you cannot trade with people who came from outside indonesia using your local currency but if you want to considering you can use this site http://vip.bitcoin.co.id/ for buying bitcoin and this is the most trustworthy exchange in indonesia i suggest these because i had been using these exchange too to save my bitcoin or trade into my local currency i'll try to ask someone who understand mores.

Although Indonesia is big, it might be possible that you find someone there who is willing to trade with you.
Be aware of potential scamming, though - as a newbie, you will most likely be required to send money first, and if your trading partner is not trustworthy, they might just "forget" to send you the BTC.

have a lot curiosity in BTC,
want to try some exchange or trading with btc.
can i buy $2 or $3 ? just got a local bank payment.
how i suppose to do?
internation payment like skrill, payza, paypal etc, need Credit card to be verified.
i dont have CC.
