No. It means that the transaction sending the 0.006788 has either not confirmed yet or your wallet does not know that it has confirmed. The reason it says 0 and unconfirmed is because of change. When you spent the 0.006788, what you actually did was spend the 0.0316 Bitcoin you previously had, and sent 0.006788 to the recipient and the remainder back to yourself to a different address. Both output are part of the same transaction so if the transaction remains unconfirmed, then the change sent back to yourself is also unconfirmed.

Hi
I bought a small amount of bitcoin yesterday my first ever purchase about 0.0316 and made a purchase for 0.006788 but it was taking ages to send so I turned my PC off for the night. I came back on today and my wallet says I have 0 coins and an unconfirmed transaction of 0.02 4812 (my remaining balance after sending a payment yesterday). Have they been stolen? can I get them back/find out who it was?
