If you don't want a complicated procedure. You can try using the following 2 exchange services:
For Buying BTC :
1. https://crex24.com/
2. https://graviex.net/desktop
i have been use those 2 exchanges for almost 2 years. And i don't find any issues with those 2 exchanges.

For Buying ETH :
https://www.myetherwallet.com/

Note : For your information, crex24 has received the title as shady exchange by some members here. But for the last (almost) 2 years, i have never experienced an issue when using crex services.

Some exchanges only accept 3d secure card means which protects your transactions over the internet. So check with your bank regarding this and also make sure your card must be authorized for crypto purchase.

I think it is better if you check it out the country of because that is my problem too I want to buy some bitcoin and I want to choose the coinbase because I know it is one of the trusted wallet and exchange of all time and I already created an account so after getting want to upgrade my funds and according to coinbase the only Id they are looking for is just

For US customers
  • State issued ID
  • Drivers license
  • Identification Card

For other countries they are looking for
  • Drivers license
  • National Identity Card
  • Passport

I'm in the other country and also there is no releases yet of national identity card so need to wait and find some alternative wallet and exchange.

Their site , yallabit.com
No one that I know does care about crypto
Yet, I want to learn.

Thank you 🌹

I'm not from Kuwait but don't you have some local crypto Facebook group? That's always a good place to ask if some local exchange is legit. I wouldn't be surprised if no one on this forum answers you about this exchange. Maybe there are some users from Kuwait but they are not looking at this section of the forum.

If really can't find anyone to ask about this exchange, you can always try to buy BTC with small amount of money to see how it goes. If everything goes trough as it should and you receive your BTC, then you can try investing more money.

Thank you guys
What about local bitcoin platform, I've talked with one of them and they have actual offices near my house.
They asked me to buy using my visa?
So what the difference between them and the outer platform for both are asking for visa to buy!!?
As long as they legit business, you can do it, and it's good they have an actual office there near you since you can go there in person and buy. Be very careful, you should identify first if their business is legit.
You can also post here which local bitcoin platform are you planning to use so if someone has an idea about them, we can give an advice to you or warn you if they are not legit.
You don't have any friends or some people you know from your country that are able to buy Bitcoin? I think you can also ask them.

I have been buying cryptos with a credit card at exchanges like Simplex, Coinswitch, Indacoin, etc. They support buying worldwide except in a few places. Maybe you can try buying from your place, they may support it.

Searching around on Google give me several websites, such as:
https://www.coindirect.com/kw
https://www.yallabit.com/en
https://www.rain.bh/

As always, do your own research. Alternatively, you can do P2P trading either on this forum or other websites such as localcryptos/localbitcoin etc.
OP is a greenhorn in this industry. Hence, they may not even understand the concept of research and how to go about it. I am simply saying that the links you put out there don't look trusted. This is no disrespect to you, though. The sites aren't popular ones and should equally be avoided. That's my 2cents.

Local exchange is the very best for you, buying with your credit card/ debit incurs very high fees, using the local platforms will not only be safe for you but you will as well learn more before going forward.

Where do you come from?
Why don't you start to buy crypto from a trusted/reputable exchange in your country?

For the beginner, I think the local exchange is the best choice to start buying crypto.

Reasons:
- You have no problem with the language, so everything should be very clear.
- You can use your personal ID for KYC with no problem as you're the citizen there.
- You can buy or deposit with your national currency.
- You can be easier to know it is a trusted or untrusted exchange as you can see on your local news.
- If you have any problem you can easily contact the exchange's information service. Or just go to their official office.

But if you still want to try other top global exchanges, I suggest visiting Bitfinex, Bitmex, or Changelly.
