Use coinmarketcap.com to track their price, market cap, access official site, or even know what exactly exchange do they listed.

Also, blockfolio is one of the best mobile portfolio so far.

Hi mate.
You can check coinmarketcap.com to see the prices for everything if you just want to follow it. I would advise you though to keep away from having all your crypto on your phone. I know its nice and convenient and all, but mobile phones are highly insecure and hackers are a very real threat in this space.

coinmarketcap has an app as well(I don't think its made by them actually), but you can load your portfolio on it and itl tell you the fiat value of your portfolio etc, which is nice if you want to keep track of that at all times.

Use coinmarketcap to get the real website of any coin or exchange you want as well, there are a lot of fake URLs out there that are just meant to phish your info and steal your stuff.

P.S. go do the work to learn about all this stuff, it will save you many headaches and losses if you understand it all.
