Your electricity is cheaper than the average price, so you have an advantage. I'd also suggest trying to find a used miner. You'll pay much less than $1250. If you go that route, only deal with trusted users or use an escrow service.

I know that there are multiple other posts on this but I really want direct feedback. I have recently got interested in mining and spent around 6 hours today research multiple things and learning all about bitcoins. After just half an hour on these forums I have read so many different opinions on things such as home mining and getting startef. I am considering buying an antminer s4 for about $1250 Including cables and soundproofing foam. After calculating things such as power and increasing difficulty ( I checked the energy bill and it seems I pay $.0999 per kWh) It seems that I can break even in 8 months and from there I will make whatever profit. I do not really care about what I make after that as long as its something and that I have already payed for the hatdware. Could I please get some opinions on whether I should do this or not and ezplain, I would appreciate if I didn't get any troll " are you stupid" comments thank you.
