I'd just like to add to all the things BitMaxz wrote above, that in general terms you should always use official firmwares produced by the manufacturer of your ASICs, unless you know exactly what you're doing. The chances of installing crap are real, and it's generally advisable to avoid unknown random custom firmwares.

For your S9s, you can find them here: https://shop.bitmain.com/support/download

That is a good advice, for Bitmain, you generally have two trusted custom firmware, Braiins and Vnish, you need to make sure you are using the actual firmware, for Vnish, i would always use either Awesomeminer or ASIC.to distribution, for BO, you make sure you have the correct URL which is https://braiins.com/os-firmware

Happy New year 🤗
Foreman.mn is just a management tool it seems you didn't configure it properly?
You must configure the miner and change the pool, and the pool is the one who will pay you, such as the Viabtc pool. You can withdraw the coins you mine directly from Viabtc. However, you must provide your own wallet address.

Do you have a wallet? What exactly do you plan to mine? BTC?

If you are looking for a pool you can check this site: https://miningpoolstats.stream/bitcoin

Better check the s9 manual to get idea how to configure the unit.

For wallet I suggest download Electrum wallet and you can just copy the BTC address from Electrum use it to withdraw your Bitcoin from the pool.
