What are some of the things to look for when joining a BTC pool???

Which ones are the most steady with rewards and security???

Any recommendations???

the steady paying pool  1 time every day is

https://www.f2pool.com/

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/f2pool-700411

but they charge you 4%

and your first payment takes 3 days

I use them I use

kano's pool

http://www.kano.is/
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/kanopool-kanois-lowest-09-fee-since-2014-worldwide-2432-blocks-789369
and right now they are firecracker hot.

I use ck's pool  this is an all or nothing pool or a solo style win the entire  block pool  25 btc -  a small fee

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/yh-solockpoolorg-1-fee-solo-mining-usade-251-blocks-solved-763510

I also use west/nicehash

 http:// https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/pps-multipool-nicehashcom-pool-higher-profits-than-direct-mining-btc-893133

I use www.btcguild.com

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/closed-btc-guild-pays-txfeesnmc-stratum-vardiff-private-servers-49417

all of the above pool pay you without much or any drama

www.kano.is for less variance than solo mining
Ran by the developers of CGMiner on their open source pool software.
It is PPLNS with .9% pool fee

There are other pools I would trust as well, BTC Guild always answers questions and pays on time IME.

Good Luck!
