Hi! Like you, I've pretty new to the scene, but pretty interested too.

I'm wondering with the large quantity of alt-coins - might as well try to get a little handful of each right? Unless you know one is  going to take over ... then buy KABOODLES while it's still 10cents ... Though picking that lottery would be harder than playing the field, I'm sure.

Same here. I only found out about bitcoins only a few months ago.

But I just want to say that you shouldn't just invest in any alt-coin hoping that the prices will go up.

There has been many alt-coins where the prices went up and just suddenly crashed and is totally worthless now.

I think the most reliable alt-coin you can invest in currently is LTC.

Just saying Smiley

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum and to cryptocurrencies. Well I had heard about bitcoin, but did not pay any interest back then. Not knowing you could mine it yourself. To bad I started way too late with mining bitcoins so that it's not profitable for me anymore.

Anyhow I'm very interested now wondering where it will go in the near future. Also interested in alternative cryptocurrencies. Wondering if any of these cryptocurrencies will stand or even grow bigger than bitcoin (ex. litecoin).

I wish you all some happy mining and trading!
