Why don't you follow the team who created the token, they are the ones who knew well what will happen next to their project. Most of the time they announce it on their Twitter account and on telegram channel. If you don't follow them at least subscribe to their mailing list, they send updates there like exchange listing. Some teams I've followed sometimes updates their followers even when they are about to distribute bounty tokens.

You can check the updated new coin/token listed on Coingecko [1] or Coinmarketcap [2] by click the Recently added option, also it's free.

The token can be listed on exchange without being on CMC or other market cap services. I guess OP has some tokens from bounty or something, then he wants to have the sooner the information that it is token tradeable, so he can sell it before first big dump which happens to every newly created token/coin.
Since He is willing to pay for the service , i believe that he had Good Funds inside those tokens or coins that on the process of listing so he can risk paying just to get His Bounty profit .
Do you know where can a project be launched? We are building on BSC and looking into BSCPAD but what is your suggestion on where to launch a new project? Thanks
Maybe better to share your project here so we can evaluate what kind of Nature your project is and might suggest the best platform for you.

There are currently tons of project waiting to launch. Though, it’s hard to discover new projects and exactly where to begin. However, There some useful website and tools that can assist you with finding projects. It's up to your research how much data you will get. I'm currently following youtubers, coinmarketcap to get up to date.

Is there any paid service to get updated about new token listing by any crypto projects and keep a track of them?

Surely, you have a lot of altcoin that you hold now, am I right? Possibly you gained it from different bounty campaign projects.
If ever I am right with my thoughts. Because at the coinmarketcap you can see the latest new coin listed to their platform, but not all the time of course. Then, if you didn't see the coin you are looking for, try to get an updates via their telegram channel or other social
media platform.

in that case the best option he can do is always check the announcement  of the project he is following and sell that tokens when they announce where it is listed.

you didn't say anything new.
such an option is currently used, it is probably quite hard to do it often manually, especially when you have 50 different tokens in a wallet. Plus many projects do not update their ANN regularly.
OP is obviously here in search of a simpler solution. Maybe to enable notification on tokens to default social media accounts, Twitter etc...

I don't find any website that have this option unless you have idea where they plan to list it then you will it in announcement page of that exchange.
