If you want to post a nonsense topic there is a right section to do it.i dont recommend that you post nonsense ,but post topic where you can contribute in this forum to get merit.

I'm still not understand. Why I can only get 14 activity points every two week period? It will need long time
That's exactly the point - it IS supposed to take a long time. These measures along were introduced in an attempt to reduce spamming and low quality posts. If you're here to share your views and participate in discussions, it shouldn't matter.
