I am not 100% sure, but I think that due to memory limitations for Trezor device, you can't create unlimited number of accounts, but I didn't test this myself so I can't confirm it.
The main reason why I asked that is to see if the Trezor Suite uses a similar system like Ledger Live does. As you probably know, if you have a Bitcoin account in Ledger Live, it needs to have some coins in it to allow you to create a second bitcoin account. It's not possible to create 3 empty bitcoin accounts.

I remember that Ledger explained in their support documentation that it makes the scanning and searching process for funded accounts easier. As soon as the software scans and discovers the first empty account, it knows there can't be any other funded accounts. My guess was that Trezor does it similarly.

What about accounts? Does the Trezor Suite software allow you to create multiple accounts where you can get a fresh address for each account, or are there limitations with new accounts as well?
Sure, you can create multiple accounts, you can even have hidden accounts with a passphrase that is not seen Trezor Suite, and I guess that would be the only way now to have multiple addresses in Trezor Suite (not counting option with using Electrum wallet).

Few things I noticed while using Trezor Suite software, I can only generate one address and until this address is used receiving coins, I can't generate new address from Trezor Suite.
So they took a similar approach to new addresses like Ledger Live where you also get only one new unused address.

One way to get around this issue is generating or selecting other addresses using Electrum wallet connected with Trezor, but I think Trezor Suite devs need to fix this issue.
I sent them my feedback and I see lot of other smaller bugs on their github page:

I wanted to update this thread since I have updates to report in case others are experiencing the "no sandbox" difficulties I did.  Recently I updated to Debian Bullseye, which uses a 5.0 + linux image/kernel.  Suite is now working perfectly on all Bullseye VMs.  Simply place the Suite image on the Desktop --- right click to make executable ---- launches and runs perfectly.

Hope this helps anyone trying to run T Suite on Debian Buster in a VM.

21.7.1 running smooth but still needs no sandbox flag on my VM's.  Kind of setup for beginners but its still fun to play with.  Suite still does not allow bitcoin-only firmware in updates.  No biggie because trezorctl is about as easy as it gets for firmware updates with the option for "purest" firmware, LOL!

Trezor now officially released their Trezor Suite software that can be downloaded or updated as application (I recommend that option) or used as web version that is replacing their old web wallet.
There is different more simple procedure of first connecting hardware wallet and few other improvements, but even in beta period I never experienced any issues with Trezor Suite, that is much more stable than ledger live.
They added learn and discover with Suite guide with option to send feedback directly from app, and next in development coming Coin Control, full node support, CoinJoin, mobile app...
Latest app version is 21.7.1, it is officially out of beta testing and production ready:

Interesting that it seems to be an issue specifically with the VMs... as the bare metal runs fine. I'm guessing there is some quirk with the virtualisation that is causing issues perhaps?

When you say you have to kill the sandbox to run Suite, is that just getting the app actually running in your VMs... or is it issues with it not working properly when it is running? i.e not being able to communicate with the device? Huh

Sorry I just now saw your post.  Busy as can be.

Yes, I need to invoke the no sandbox flag in  my VM's or it won't run at all.  I posted on another thread quite a while ago.  I was hoping that as the Suite beta moved forward some corrections could be made to remove having to use the "flag".  Their website clearly states that on Debian and others you MAY have to use the no sandbox flag.  Strangely it runs perfectly fine on Debian bare metal, just not on the VM's without the flag.  The Suite runs slick as can be IF I start it with "no sandbox".  I know how to do the edits to make this work, but I don't feel requiring edits to make something run speaks well for the programming.  Just saying, as I did above, Electrum doesn't have issues with app image on any of my VM's.  I am pretty much an Electrum user but I am watching "Suite".  I would consider transitioning some newer user friends I have at some point in the future.

Yeah... they are basically making the suite available via a web interface in addition to the native desktop versions. I'm not entirely sure why to be honest? Perhaps it's for "portability", perhaps it folks who don't want to leave a trace on their desktop and having a website they can connect to enables that (although you still need Trezor Bridge installed).

Personally, I think it's just asking for endless phishing/fake websites to pop up with similar URLs trying to steal seeds etc... Roll Eyes

The old browser-based version, Trezor Wallet, will continue to work while the public beta is underway and will eventually redirect users to the Trezor Suite web wallet, including all the new features present in the desktop application.
Wait, Trezor Suite web wallet? I thought they were just developing a brand-new Trezor Suite desktop application. I wasn't aware they are creating a new web wallet as well. In that case, https://wallet.trezor.io/ will surely not be used in the future once both versions of the Trezor Suite are fully operational. It wouldn't make sense having two different web wallets and causing confusion amongst the community.

Their website still shows that Debian/other distro's may need the "no sandbox" switch on to use it.  On my VM's I have to kill the sandbox to run Suite, but on my bare metal Debian setups it runs great.  I would think someone there should be able to write code where the sandbox could always be left on.  e.g. - Electrum running app image never forces the killing of sandbox.

I don't find it acceptable to require issuing new control commands within my OS to make something work when other software in the same format runs perfectly.  Maybe Thomas and his team should consult with the Trezor Suite team to figure it out!

Nothing new in this release of Trezor Suite, and I think that RBF feature was introduced in earlier versions and it's now improved, but I noticed that BETA is gone from bottom right corner in the app.
This is still not a main release, and that is scheduled later for this month.

The former seems to imply that Trezor Suite will be the only way to use your device... or were they attempting to say, somewhat poorly, that they're trying to make Trezor Suite a "one stop shop" where you can do everything (buy/sell/trade/send/receive etc) if you want? Huh
They said coins and that means Trezor Suite will manage bunch of altcoins they support, so you can still use Electrum wallet for Bitcoin, but it's true that Trezor have third party option for buying and selling crypto if you like to pay extra fees for that.

As they note, this means that transactions that generate no change can also make sure of the RBF feature now. That's a win!
Interesting feature update to their already existing RBF feature.

I think it's both of those. It does make sense for them to utilize their resources into developing/improving the trezor suite further, as opposed to spreading their resources across a few other ways [regardless of the usability/accessibility issue].

Have they indicated that https://wallet.trezor.io/#/ wont be available after a certain date in the future?
I'm not one of their users but based on the following blog post [back in Oct 2020], looks like they had plans back then to phase out their trezor wallet.

The old browser-based version, Trezor Wallet, will continue to work while the public beta is underway and will eventually redirect users to the Trezor Suite web wallet, including all the new features present in the desktop application.

The important question is: Will it be possible to manage your coins and perform transactions through their web wallet in the future or not? Have they indicated that https://wallet.trezor.io/#/ wont be available after a certain date in the future?

The blog announcement is the more accurate definition. The Trezor Suite is currently one way of managing your assets, but it's not the only way. With new
features and improvements, they plan to make it the main/best/easiest way to handle your coins. If you don't want the main/best/easiest thing, you can still use the alternative (web wallet).

Trezor have released the new version of their Trezor Suite: https://blog.trezor.io/trezor-suite-update-onboarding-and-rbf-by-output-reduction-f578c0ce9a1e

The onboarding updates look good, and hopefully prove useful to new users, but what piqued my interest was that they've updated the RBF feature to allow you to bump the fee by reducing the output amounts.

As they note, this means that transactions that generate no change can also make sure of the RBF feature now. That's a win!

Lastly... a slightly curious difference in language:
