This guy belongs to the notorious missionary sect New Tribes Mission.
New Tribes Mission is very famous. They "hunt" for non-Christian tribal people living in the Amazon forest, and then forcibly relocate them to settlements near the urban centers. They make use of experienced hunters and trackers, who are armed with carbines and shotguns. Anyone who refuse to move out with them is immediately shot at sight. The tribal people are then banned from speaking their languages and practicing their original religion. Most of the day time is taken up for bible study, and the tribal children are sent to far away convents, so that the "heathen" influence is weaned away.
Here is what happened to the Ayoreo tribe in Paraguay, after the New Tribes Mission organized "manhunts" in 1987.
