CPM is 1.6$ FLAT for me, not even minimum 2.5 as mentioned on Payout Rates page.
Buddy can you please check the payout page again. Ive set a minimum 1.6$ CPM rate for worldwide countries.
2.5$ is not possible right now but once i get premium banner ads i will sure increase the minimum CPM rate by a good margin.
