Fear mongering bullshit by people who didn't read. It targets money laundering and tax evasion, allows the government to confiscate your money without due process or standing. It's unconstitutional but it's been accepted by the courts since the rise of conservatism in the 70s.  If you don't declare that you own more than $10,000 worth of crypto when crossing a US border, they will take all your assets and you will have no due process. Idiotic, par for the course for post-progressive US but it does not ban cryptos.
